The case navigator page captures everything you need to know in one place. It provides a single view of all activities related to a person.

It's easy to see the:

  1. History of the case’s journey
  2. Actions that have happened
  3. Status of a case.

New events can be recorded and documents uploaded.

Reassign pathway

A user can reallocate a referral to another organisation using the “Reassign pathway” button. This moves the case across organisations.
