The referral navigator allows a user to see the history of a referral through a pathway.

Each of the steps that a referral has travelled through are clearly shown with the actual time and number of business days displayed.

Business days

Each pathway can be configured to calculate business days based on start and close times each day. Business days are calculated from Monday to Sunday and exclude bank holidays. This means that a service centre can define different working hours for different services.

Red, Amber Green (RAG)

The RAG status of the referral is shown using the number of business hours. Each pathway can have different criteria for the red, amber and green calculations.
