Data interpreted by Sadie is securely hosted in an English data centre, ensuring compliance with stringent UK data protection regulations. This guarantees that sensitive information remains within the UK.
By prioritising data sovereignty and privacy, Sadie enables customers to harness AI with confidence, knowing that information is handled with the highest security standards.
Private model
Sadie has been developed using a private AI large language model (LLM) in RIVIAM's secure infrastructure environment.
Unlike public AI LLMs, this allows us to set controls, rules and safeguards aligned with RIVIAM's goals and social value commitments.

Rigorous safeguards mitigate risks and ensure accuracy, reliability and security. This means you can trust that the services are protected against manipulation and cannot generate misleading, inappropriate or harmful information.
Advisory Board
In order to ensure the responsible deployment and use of AI, we have established an Advisory Board led by our Medical Director. During these monthly sessions, we assess our strategies, evaluate their ethical implications and ensure regulatory compliance.
