Check the status of your referrals
When you make a referral using RIVIAM, you'll receive an acknowledgment email with a unique reference code. This code allows you to check the status of your referrals using our Referral Status Checker, saving you time on follow-ups.
Copy of every referral
On receipt of your referral, RIVIAM generates a PDF copy of the referral information which can be attached to the acknowledgement email or downloaded via a link.
