The service offers:

  1. eConsent websites for the secure collection of consents from parents;
  2. Efficient online triage and management of immunisations by service centres and the ability to keep track and co-ordinate what’s been done to whom and when;
  3. Mobile application for school nurses that works with or without internet connection;
  4. Auto update of clinical systems (TPP SystmOne™) with vaccination outcomes from a clinic spreadsheet once it's uploaded in RIVIAM;
  5. Reporting and Dashboards to provide data insights for increasing the uptake of immunisations, including updates to the Child Health Information Service and Public Health England.

The RIVIAM service empowers providers to take more informed control of patient care improving delivery of their public health immunisation programme and the experience for everyone involved.
