Keep track of events

RIVIAM is designed to provide a single view of events against a referral, just like a GP system. RIVIAM allows users to record events against the referral. This is a really powerful feature that allows providers to track exactly what activity is happening on a referral.

Uploading documents

When creating an event, users have the opportunity to upload documents at the same time. These documents are automatically placed in the document library for a referral and allow users to write comments about the document.

Customisable events

The event types are customisable enabling customers to create their own lists of events that need to be recorded.
