Two-factor authentication

When a user logs into RIVIAM, they need to provide an additional code either via SMS or using a soft token

Two-factor access is enabled in RIVIAM to meet NHS information governance requirements.

When a user successfully provides their username and password, RIVIAM asks for a second factor either via SMS or with a soft token.
