With the dashboard, providers can see the different referrals in place so they are more informed about what's happening for a person and can co-ordinate care with each other.

To support information governance, they can only login and see the detail of referrals related to their own organisation.

See confirmed discharge date

The person's latest expected discharge date and confirmed discharge date from hospital are presented. This gives providers confidence regarding when to visit and provide services.

RIVIAM takes an auto feed of data from the hospital's clinical system to ensure this data is up to date.
