Single view for MDTs
The referral navigator page captures everything you need to know in one place. This makes managing Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings much easier by providing a single view of all activities related to a person.
It's easy to see the:
- History of the referral's journey
- Actions that have happened
- Status of a referral.
New events can be recorded and documents uploaded.
Reassign pathway
A user can reallocate a referral to another organisation using the “Reassign pathway” button.
