To support the evolving ecosystem of integrated health and social care with our care co-ordination platform, fostering innovation and growth within our team is vital.

At RIVIAM, we've had a busy start to 2024 with three new members joining our talented team, enhancing our capacity and strengths.

As we continue to grow and boost our capabilities, these new members bring with them a wealth of experience, industry expertise and enthusiasm that will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing success.

RIVIAM welcomes new team members in 2024

Our new team members

First to join us in late 2023 was Matheus Canal, an experienced Business Analyst and Consultant with strong technical skills having started his career as a developer. Matheus's focus will be on supporting implementation of RIVIAM's services for our Acute, Community and Third Sector customers helping us grow and develop this side of our business. His work will involve requirements gathering, creation of solution models and technical documentation, testing and stakeholder engagement.

Gareth Butt joined RIVIAM in January 2024 as Director of Software Engineering. With more than 25 years in health technology as an IT lead and solutions architect, he will direct our software development and infrastructure team. Gareth's experience and expertise of managing integrations with national NHS, Primary Care and healthcare IT systems and implementing digital healthcare services will be instrumental in enhancing RIVIAM's interoperability, product development and offering. Using the latest development tools, our software development team will continue to ensure RIVIAM's technology keeps our customers at the vanguard.

Finally, we welcomed Matvey Whittaker in March this year as a Software Engineer. With a background in computer science and a passion for innovation, he brings skills as a Full Stack developer in technologies such as React JS on the frontend and Python API development (FastAPI, Django) on the backend. His versatility, know-how and collaborative approach enriches our team.

Looking ahead

With our latest team members, in 2024 we are more determined than ever to push the boundaries of innovation and drive positive change in integrating health and social care with our care co-ordination platform.

We wish a warm welcome to our new team members.
