RIVIAM's Service Directory enables NHS organisations and Local Authorities to bring together all care services for referrers in one digital space. This gives referrers a quick and easy way to search for services across a directory, see service information and then make a referral which is received in RIVIAM.

It saves time for referrers and enables referrals for different organisations and services to be received and managed quickly improving the co-ordination and delivery of care.

The Service Directory offers:

1. A directory providing access to different care services and enabling digital referrals.
2. A Service Directory Manager tool for customers to create and manage content that is displayed on the Service Directory.
3. Flexibility to support different referrers, for example, GPs and clinicians using TPP SystmOne™. The directory can be launched directly from TPP SystmOne™. Some patient data is prefilled in the referral form and, once the form is submitted, RIVIAM will automatically save a copy of it in the clinical system.
